Vladimir Andrejevic, AIA, is a Principal at Goettsch Partners, an international architectural practice based in Chicago, with additional offices in Shanghai and Abu Dhabi. He provides design leadership for the firm’s urban, high-density, multi-family and mixed-use practice and has worked on a variety of projects in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Notable recent projects include “The Bristol”, a 25-story, ultra-luxury condominium building in West Palm Beach, Florida; “505”, a 45-story mixed-use building with 325 apartments and 175 condominiums in Nashville, Tennessee; and “Poly Huadu Financial Center”, a 270,000 square meter mixed-use complex in Guangzhou, China consisting of four commercial towers and a retail podium, among others.

Vladimir’s approach unites resourceful programming and innovation, ensuring judicious design choices while maintaining contextual coherence within the local culture and climate. He leads the overall design development and remains involved from a project’s inception to completion, ensuring continuity in the design and execution.

Committed to cultivating a growing knowledge base of urban residential design, Vladimir pioneered GP’s Multi-Family Focus group, which explores and integrates leading technology and methodologies in the design process.

Vladimir graduated from the School of Architecture at the University in Belgrade, Serbia. He is a registered architect and member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Vladimir will present the challenges and solutions in the context of urban multi-family and mixed-use design using two of his most recent projects, “Alcove” and “Prime”, currently under construction, as a case study.
