We are pleased to announce that assistant professor of the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Architecture Snežana Vesnić will be a member of the jury for the 2023 European Union Prize for Contemporary Architecture – Mies van der Rohe Award for the Young Talent category. Professor Vesnić has been the Coordinator for National Nominations for the Mies van der Rohe Award in the Union of Architects of Serbia.
The Young Talent Architecture Award (YTAA) is given to recently graduated architects, urban planners and landscape architects. The Award aims to recognise graduation projects that follow the principles of excellence, authenticity, innovation, and sustainability.
The Young Talent Award and the Mies van der Rohe Award are organised by the Fundació Mies van der Rohe and the European Commission – Creative Europe. The 2023 Young Talent Award jury consists of N’Goné Fall, Manuel Henriques, Jennifer Mack, Simone Sfriso, and Snežana Vesnić.
