Guest Lecture, Architecture of Territory, Duccio Fantoni

You are invited to join us for a guest lecture titled Threshold Landscape, which will be held as part of the course Architecture of Territory on Wednesday 01.11.2023 starting at 14:00 in room 235 of the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Architecture. The guest lecturer is the Italian architect and researcher Duccio Fantoni (NOIApractice) from Politecnico di Milano.

 

Short Biography

Born in 1994, Duccio Fantoni is an Italian architect and researcher. He graduated in 2018 from the University of Ferrara with a cum laude degree in Architecture. In 2020, He co-founded NOIApractice, an architectural office based in Italy and Georgia. In 2021, He won the NIB prize for best architectural practice under 35 in Italy. Since 2022, He is a PhD candidate at Politecnico di Milano in the Architecture Urban Interior Design Department, with research titled Unscripted Architecture. The Italian Yards of Tbilisi, focusing on the relationships between Power and Architecture and the role of the unplanned in design processes.
