Aleksandra Ugrinović (1992) completed her Undergraduate Studies (2014) and Master Academic Studies – Architecture, orientation of Architectural Technology – Architectural Structures, Materials and Physics of Buildings (2016) at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade. She is awarded with the Recognitions for quality architectural work Milan Zloković for master paper The Museum of memory at Kosančić’s venac at the ASA Exhibition of Art Architecture in 2017. She was a scholar of the municipality of Petrovac on Mlava program For gifted students (2012-2016). She enrolled in PhD studies of a scientific nature in October 2017. She submitted her doctoral dissertation on the topic Influence of microclimatic parameters on the preservation and presentation of ancient mosaics in situ: Improving environmental conditions in the Visitor Center Imperial Palace in Sirmium in November 2020.

As a student master, she participated in teaching at the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade as an associate / demonstrator. After the end of the public competition Young Researchers of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, she was chosen as a Junior researcher at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade. Since July 2018, she has been engaged in the project Research on climate change and their impact on the environment: monitoring of impacts, adaptation and mitigation (43007) financed by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia within the framework of the Integrated and interdisciplinary research. She has been employed as an assistant since October 2018 for a narrow scientific or artistic area of ​​Architectural Structure at the Department of Architectural Technologies. She works in teaching on the study programs of the Basic Academic Studies in Architecture (OASA) and on studio projects at the Master Academic Studies in Architecture (MASA). Before the employment at the Faculty, she worked as an architect apprentice in architectural bureaus in the design of conceptual solutions, main and execution projects.

During the studies, as well as after graduation, she participated in several workshops, seminars, competitions and exhibitions. She singles out engagement on the regional project Our city, our scene (2017), which aims to activate the abandoned and ruined areas of the city and work on scientific research projects Digitalization of the ancient architectural heritage in Serbia (2017), Presentation of the ancient site Mediana near Niš (2016) and Ideal reconstruction of Čezava (2015).

She is the author of scientific papers published in international and national journals.
