On Friday, 17 June 2016, the Faculty of Architecture welcomed visitors interested in studying at our faculty. For the first time, at one place within such an event, we provided details about our studies, entry exam and entry procedures, professional qualifications and possibilities for international student mobility for prospective students.
Open Day at the Faculty of Architecture was envisaged as an event aiming at presenting important information about the school organisation – presentations were delivered by teachers and faculty staff, while our teaching assistants were resuming the role of tour guides for group of visitors who were guided through our faculty key premises – amphitheatre, classrooms, design workshops, library and gallery AULA. During this event, our guests also had an unique opportunity to observe practical exams and yearly students’ show, as well as, the current Exhibition: The RIBA President’s Medals Student Awards 2015.
Participants’ feedback on Open Day undoubtedly expressed necessity and importance of such events, not only for the process of preparation for entry exam but also in decision making process for the future professional orientation. Our organisation and quality of the content we provided were highly acclaimed.
Therefore, we cordially invite you to follow our website and Facebook page where we intend to promote upcoming events of this kind.
